💳 How do you bill for your services?
We bill monthly, and payment is due upon receipt. We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards.
⏰ What are your office hours?
Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Need to meet outside those times? No problem—just let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange an evening or weekend appointment.
📝 What if the IRS audits me?
If you’re audited, we’ll meet with you for up to one hour at no charge to review the return in question. After that, our standard hourly rates apply.
📂 How should I prepare my records for my tax return?
We prefer your records in a computer accounting program, but we can work with just about any format you have. If you’re unsure whether your software works for us, just ask—we’ve probably seen it before!
